Role Summary

We are looking for a Wind Surveyor – Land Acquisition to conduct land surveys, prepare survey drawings, and support land acquisition activities for wind energy projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in GPS/DGPS surveying, AutoCAD, and topographical mapping.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land and boundary surveys using GPS/DGPS equipment.
• Perform ground surveys and topographical assessments.
• Prepare survey drawings, WTG layouts, and Tippan using AutoCAD.
• Carry out WTG position surveys, micro-siting checks, and coordinate verification.
• Prepare field documentation, measurement sheets, and survey reports.
• Digitize village maps and prepare land parcel mapping.
• Use Google Earth for mapping, land visualization, and site analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams during land acquisition and survey activities.
• Ensure survey data accuracy and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills

• Any Graduate qualification.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in land surveying or land acquisition.
• Proficiency in GPS/DGPS operation for land and boundary surveys.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD for survey drawings and WTG layout preparation (including Tippan).
• Expertise in topographical surveys and coordinate verification.
• Experience in village map digitization and land parcel mapping.
• Proficiency in Google Earth for mapping and land visualization.
• Knowledge of local Right of Way (ROW) regulations will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, documentation, and field coordination skills.
