Role Summary

We are looking for a Melting Supervisor to oversee melting operations and ensure the production of high-quality molten metal for casting processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the casting industry and the ability to supervise furnace operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily melting and furnace operations.
• Monitor melting parameters to ensure the required metal composition and quality.
• Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for smooth casting operations.
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials and charge mix.
• Monitor furnace performance and minimize production downtime.
• Maintain production records and melting reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Required Skills

• BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in the Casting Industry.
• Knowledge of melting and furnace operations.
• Understanding of metal composition and casting processes.
• Good leadership and team coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
