Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Marketing Executive to develop business opportunities, manage key customer relationships, and drive sales growth in the casting industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketing cast components and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies.
• Identify new customers and generate business opportunities.
• Manage existing customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries and orders.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams for timely order execution.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
• Achieve sales targets and prepare regular marketing reports.

Required Skills

• Any Graduate qualification.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in Marketing or Business Development.
• Experience in the Casting Industry is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, ERP preferred).
• Ability to travel for customer visits and business meetings.
• Strong analytical and relationship management skills.
