Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities across the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate should be capable of implementing quality systems, leading inspection teams, and ensuring products meet customer and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures.
• Supervise incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with Production, Design, and Purchase departments to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain quality documentation, reports, and audit records.
• Lead internal quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train and guide the quality team to achieve operational excellence.

Required Skills

• DME / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/QC management.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with quality inspection tools and measuring instruments.
• Ability to analyze quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Computer knowledge and experience with quality documentation.
