Role Summary

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to handle customer inquiries, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers through telecalling. The ideal candidate should have experience with IndiaMART and excellent communication skills in English or a South Indian language.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Follow up on leads received through IndiaMART and other online platforms.
• Generate new business opportunities and convert inquiries into sales.
• Explain products and prepare customer quotations.
• Maintain customer records and update sales activities.
• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and build strong customer relationships.

Required Skills

• Any Graduate qualification.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Telesales or Telecalling.
• Hands-on experience with IndiaMART.
• Fluent communication in English or Tamil / other South Indian languages.
• Good negotiation and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
• Strong customer handling and follow-up abilities.
