• Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM (Half Day)

Role Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design and execute architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong design software skills, knowledge of construction documentation, and the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop architectural designs based on project requirements.
• Prepare detailed architectural, construction, and working drawings.
• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and Landscape consultants for design integration.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress to ensure design compliance.
• Research suitable materials, finishes, and building solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients professionally.
• Collaborate with the interior design team for seamless project execution.

Required Skills

• Any Graduate qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architect.
• Mandatory: AutoCAD and SketchUp / 3ds Max.
• Preferred: Lumion or Corona Renderer.
• Preferred: Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, construction documentation, and design principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
