Role Summary

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to promote FMCG products through shop-to-shop visits and build strong relationships with retailers. The ideal candidate should have experience in FMCG field sales and the ability to generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit retail shops and distributors to promote FMCG products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers.
• Generate new orders and increase product sales.
• Follow up with existing customers and resolve their queries.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and market coverage.
• Collect market feedback and competitor information.
• Submit daily field visit and sales reports.

Required Skills

• Any Graduate qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience.
• Experience in FMCG sales will be preferred.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to perform shop-to-shop sales activities.
• Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage.
