Role Summary

We are looking for a Back Office Sales & Marketing Executive to support sales operations, generate leads, and coordinate with customers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and an understanding of agro products and market research.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, online platforms, and market research.
• Explain products and services to potential customers.
• Prepare and share quotations with clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Maintain customer records and sales reports.
• Conduct basic market research related to agro products.
• Support the sales and marketing team in achieving business targets.

Required Skills

• Any Graduate qualification.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Back Office.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
• Knowledge of sales and marketing processes.
• Basic understanding of agro products and market research.
• Strong lead generation and follow-up skills.
