Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team, expand market presence, and achieve business growth for a PVC Pipe Manufacturing Company. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, sales planning, and customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and clients.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.

Required Skills

• Any Graduate qualification.
• 5 to 6 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies.
