Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Head to lead and manage end-to-end production operations in a Gold Bangles Manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have strong production planning skills, ERP knowledge, and experience coordinating with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.
• Coordinate with Sales, Design, CAD, Accounts, QC, PPC, and Dispatch departments.
• Execute daily production plans through ERP and monitor live Work-in-Progress (WIP).
• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
• Optimize manpower and production resources for maximum efficiency.
• Monitor production schedules and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain production reports, KPIs, and process documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity and quality.

Required Skills

• Any Graduate qualification.
• 8 to 12 years of experience in Gold Jewellery Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, ERP systems, and WIP management.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional departments.
• Good understanding of SOP implementation and process improvement.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage large-scale production operations efficiently.
