Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Development Executive Manager to oversee the end-to-end development of new gold bangle designs. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills and hands-on experience in jewellery manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with CAD, Purchase, and Production teams for smooth product development.
• Manage sample development with karigars, casting, and polishing teams.
• Ensure correct weight, finishing, and quality of sample products.
• Estimate gold weight, labour cost, wastage, and material requirements.
• Monitor product development timelines and resolve production issues.
• Maintain product development documentation and reports.
• Work closely with management to launch new jewellery designs successfully.

Required Skills

• Any Graduate qualification.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in Gold Jewellery Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of product development processes in the jewellery industry.
• Experience in coordinating with CAD, production, purchase, and artisan teams.
• Good understanding of gold weight estimation, costing, wastage, and quality control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple product development projects efficiently.
