Role Summary

We are looking for a Service Engineer to handle installation, maintenance, and technical support for transformer products at client sites. The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge and good customer handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit client sites for installation and service support.
• Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of transformer equipment.
• Provide technical assistance and resolve customer issues.
• Ensure proper installation and commissioning of systems.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for support.
• Maintain service reports and documentation.

Required Skills

• BE / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2 years of experience preferred (Freshers can also apply).
• Basic technical knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for site visits.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
