Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to handle sales of heavy electrical machinery such as transformers. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience in the manufacturing industry and the ability to generate leads and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and develop business opportunities in transformer sales.
• Visit industrial clients and promote heavy electrical machinery products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Prepare daily field visit and sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal technical and production teams.

Required Skills

• BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 1 to 2 years of field sales experience in manufacturing industry.
• Experience in selling large/heavy machinery preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of electrical equipment (transformers preferred).
• Ability to work in field sales environment and travel frequently.
• Strong lead generation and closing skills.
