Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to oversee quality control operations in a casting manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of shell moulding, lab testing, melting processes, and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall quality control and assurance activities.
• Oversee shell moulding, melting, and lab testing processes.
• Ensure product quality standards are maintained as per specifications.
• Handle customer complaints and quality-related issues.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams for improvements.
• Maintain quality documentation and reports.
• Implement process improvements to reduce defects.

Required Skills

• BE Mechanical or Diploma Mechanical qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Casting Industry.
• Strong knowledge of shell moulding, melting, and lab processes.
• Experience in quality control and inspection systems.
• Good customer handling and communication skills.
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting.
