Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities and ensure smooth manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate must have experience in a Stabilizer Manufacturing Company and possess a strong Electrical/Electronics engineering background.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Monitor production quality and maintain manufacturing standards.
• Plan and allocate manpower efficiently.
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and stores departments.
• Ensure proper machine utilization and minimize downtime.
• Maintain production reports and documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and implement process improvements.

Required Skills

• Diploma or BE in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
• 3 to 8 years of production supervision experience.
• Experience in Stabilizer Manufacturing is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Good problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge for production reporting.
