Role Summary

We are looking for a Dispatch & Packing Executive to manage packing, dispatch, and material handling activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in a manufacturing unit, possess basic English communication skills, and hold a valid two-wheeler driving license.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle product packing and dispatch activities.
• Prepare dispatch documents and maintain dispatch records.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
• Perform material handling and inventory support tasks.
• Ensure proper packaging to avoid transit damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dispatch area.
• Support other warehouse and dispatch operations as required.

Required Skills

• Any Graduate qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing unit.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to handle packing and dispatch responsibilities independently.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a stable work history (long-term experience).
