Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead operations, project execution, and cross-functional teams within a Solar EPC company. The ideal candidate should have a strong Electrical Engineering background, proven leadership experience, and in-depth knowledge of Solar PV systems and EPC project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across Tender, Procurement, Liaisoning, HR, O&M, and Project Execution departments.
• Manage the preparation, submission, and follow-up of tenders while ensuring compliance with client requirements.
• Analyze tender documents and develop competitive bidding strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely and accurate tender submissions.
• Ensure successful execution of Solar EPC projects within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Improve operational efficiency by implementing effective processes and resource optimization.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate departmental teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Oversee procurement activities to ensure timely availability of materials and services.
• Monitor project progress and resolve operational challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support business growth.

Required Skills

• Diploma / BE in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or Leadership within the Solar EPC industry.
• Strong knowledge of Solar PV technology, EPC processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in tender management, procurement, project execution, and operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple departments and cross-functional teams effectively.
