Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled VMC Operator to operate and maintain VMC machines for precision machining of auto parts. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of VMC programming, machine operation, maintenance, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor VMC machines efficiently.
• Perform basic VMC programming and machine setup.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Inspect machined components to ensure quality standards.
• Read engineering drawings and follow machining specifications.
• Maintain production records and machine logs.
• Follow safety procedures and achieve production targets.

Required Skills

• Any Graduate qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a VMC Operator.
• Knowledge of VMC programming and machine operation.
• Understanding of preventive machine maintenance.
• Knowledge of quality control and measuring instruments.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
