Role Summary

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to generate business for loan products through field visits and customer interactions. The ideal candidate should have experience in loan sales, good market knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads for various loan products.
• Visit customers and explain loan schemes and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
• Follow up on loan inquiries and documentation.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Prepare daily field visit and sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing.

Required Skills

• Any Graduate qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience.
• Knowledge of all types of loan products.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Strong market knowledge in the finance/loan sector.
• Willingness to travel for field work.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
