Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand the company's market presence. The ideal candidate should have experience in the FMCG or Cosmetics industry, strong business development skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors and dealers.
• Develop sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Generate leads and convert them into business.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
• Prepare sales reports and update management regularly.

Required Skills

• Any Graduate qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of Business Development experience.
• Experience in FMCG or Cosmetics industry is mandatory.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good customer relationship management abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
