Role Summary

We are looking for an NPD Engineer to support new product development activities for agricultural equipment. The ideal candidate should have a strong Mechanical Engineering background with experience in product design, development, and coordination with production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new products from concept to production.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams.
• Conduct product trials and implement design improvements.
• Maintain NPD documentation and technical records.
• Ensure products meet quality and customer requirements.
• Support continuous product innovation and development.

Required Skills

• BE Mechanical or Diploma Mechanical qualification.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in New Product Development.
• Knowledge of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in BOM preparation and documentation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CAD software is preferred.
• Strong communication and team coordination skills.
