Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead the Medical Devices sales division. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in sales and marketing, strong leadership abilities, and fluent English communication to drive business growth and manage key customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for medical devices.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Build strong relationships with hospitals, distributors, and key clients.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth business operations.

Required Skills

• MBA in Marketing with a Sales/Marketing-related graduation.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Fluent spoken and written English communication.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in team management and business development.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Strategic thinking with excellent decision-making abilities.
