Role Summary

We are looking for a VMC Operator to operate and monitor Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines for precision machining of automobile components. The ideal candidate should have experience in machine operation, quality checks, and maintaining production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor VMC machines.
• Load and unload workpieces safely.
• Perform basic machine setting and tool changes.
• Inspect machined components using measuring instruments.
• Maintain production quality and achieve production targets.
• Follow safety and machine maintenance procedures.
• Record production and machine operation details.

Required Skills

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a VMC Operator.
• Knowledge of VMC machine operation and machining processes.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in Day/Night shifts.
