Role Summary

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and deliver excellent customer support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, fast typing speed, strong computer knowledge, and basic knowledge of Gujarat's geographical areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through calls and messages.
• Provide product information and resolve customer queries.
• Maintain customer records and update inquiry details.
• Coordinate with the sales team for customer follow-ups.
• Prepare reports and maintain daily communication records.
• Ensure prompt and professional customer service.
• Support routine office and customer care activities.
