Role Summary

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to manage daily shop floor operations, ensure production targets, and maintain quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have leadership skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations and workers.
• Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
• Monitor product quality and reduce defects.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and workflow on the shop floor.
• Handle production-related issues and resolve operational problems.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Prepare daily production reports.

Required Skills

• Diploma / BE in Electrical Engineering.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Production or Manufacturing.
