Role Summary

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support sales activities, handle online inquiries, and coordinate with customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and experience in IndiaMART or other online selling platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries from IndiaMART and other portals.
• Coordinate with sales team for order processing.
• Prepare and send quotations to customers.
• Maintain sales reports and customer records.
• Draft professional emails and handle communication.
• Follow up with clients for orders and payments.
• Update online portals and manage listings.

Required Skills

• Any Graduate qualification.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of IndiaMART and online selling platforms.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Email drafting).
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Attention to detail and customer handling ability.
