Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Bodyshop Manager to lead and manage the bodyshop operations in a car showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in automobile body repair management, team handling, and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall bodyshop operations and workflow.
• Supervise technicians and ensure timely repair delivery.
• Handle customer coordination and insurance claim processes.
• Monitor quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Control cost estimation and repair approvals.
• Coordinate with service, parts, and insurance teams.
• Ensure productivity, efficiency, and target achievement.
• Maintain reports and workshop performance records.

Required Skills

• Diploma qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Automobile Bodyshop Management.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair processes.
• Experience in team handling and workshop management.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
