Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Bodyshop Advisor to manage vehicle body repair services and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the automobile industry and be able to coordinate effectively between customers, insurance companies, and the workshop team.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare repair estimates.
• Explain repair processes and costs to customers.
• Coordinate with bodyshop technicians and insurance representatives.
• Monitor repair progress and provide timely customer updates.
• Ensure quality standards and timely vehicle delivery.
• Handle documentation related to repairs and insurance claims.
• Maintain service records and customer follow-ups.

Required Skills

• Diploma qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Automobile Industry.
• Experience in Bodyshop or Accident Repair Services is preferred.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate with workshop and insurance teams.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
