Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare job cards and explain service estimates.
• Coordinate with technicians for timely vehicle servicing.

• Ensure quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer queries and service-related documentation.
• Maintain service records and follow up after service completion.

Required Skills

• Diploma qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Automobile Industry.
