Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced NPD Head to lead new product development activities from concept to production. The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical engineering background, excellent leadership skills, and experience in product design, development, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead new product development (NPD) projects from concept to production.
• Coordinate with design, production, quality, and R&D teams.
• Develop product specifications, prototypes, and technical documentation.
• Monitor project timelines, product testing, and implementation.
• Drive product innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Lead and mentor the NPD team to achieve project goals.

Required Skills

• BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in New Product Development.
• Strong knowledge of product design and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in project management and cross-functional coordination.
• Good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and engineering documentation.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
