Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced QC/QA Incharge to lead quality assurance and quality control activities in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of automobile production, R&D processes, AutoCAD 2D/3D, and strong experience in quality management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage QA/QC activities across production processes.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate with production and R&D teams to improve product quality.
• Prepare quality reports and maintain documentation.
• Handle customer quality requirements and corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement and quality assurance initiatives.

Required Skills

• BE Mechanical or Diploma Mechanical qualification.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in QA/QC.
• Knowledge of automobile production processes.
• Experience in R&D and product quality improvement.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and documentation.
• Good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
