Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead production planning, shop floor operations, and process improvements in a CNC/VMC manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, knowledge of ISO systems, and experience in production monitoring and vendor development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead CNC/VMC production planning and scheduling.
• Monitor daily production and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage vendor development and fixture/gauge outsourcing.
• Ensure ISO compliance and maintain production documentation.
• Analyze machine utilization, manpower, and production performance.
• Maintain process records and implement continuous improvements.
• Conduct risk analysis and optimize plant operations.

Required Skills

• B.Tech / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 to 8 years of experience in Production Management.
• Strong knowledge of CNC/VMC machining processes.
• Experience in production planning, vendor development, and process improvement.
• Knowledge of ISO documentation and quality systems.
• Good leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting.
