Role Summary

We are looking for a Factory Supervisor to oversee daily shop floor operations, monitor production activities, and ensure smooth workflow. The ideal candidate should have good leadership skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to coordinate with production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily factory and production activities.
• Monitor manpower and ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams.
• Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
• Maintain production records and daily reports.
• Ensure workplace safety and discipline.
• Support process improvements and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• Any Graduate qualification.
