Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Sr. Engineer to oversee machine shop operations, support production activities, and ensure quality and process efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a Mechanical Engineering background and experience in manufacturing and shop floor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily machine shop operations.
• Monitor production activities and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams.
• Resolve technical issues on the shop floor.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Maintain production records and technical documentation.
• Support process improvement and productivity initiatives.

Required Skills

• BE Mechanical or Diploma Mechanical qualification.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a machine shop or manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of machining processes and production planning.
• Good leadership and team coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
