Role Summary

We are looking for a Quality Inspector to inspect machined components and ensure products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate should have experience with quality inspection, measuring instruments, and shop floor quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect machined components during and after production.
• Perform dimensional checks using measuring instruments.
• Identify and report quality defects.
• Maintain inspection records and quality reports.
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
• Support continuous improvement in quality processes.

Required Skills

• DME / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Inspection.
• Knowledge of Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and other measuring instruments.
• Good understanding of machining processes and quality standards.
• Strong observation and reporting skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
