Role Summary

We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer to ensure product quality through inspection and quality assurance activities in a machine shop environment. The ideal candidate should have a Mechanical Engineering background and experience in quality inspection, measuring instruments, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect machined components and ensure quality standards.
• Perform dimensional inspections using measuring instruments.
• Prepare quality inspection reports and documentation.
• Identify defects and coordinate corrective actions with production.
• Monitor production quality and maintain quality records.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures and customer requirements.
• Support continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• DME / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, and Height Gauge.
• Understanding of quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
