Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Metallurgist Engineer to oversee metallurgical processes, ensure product quality, and support continuous improvement in forging operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of metallurgy, heat treatment, material testing, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control metallurgical processes in forging operations.
• Analyze raw materials and finished products for quality compliance.
• Perform material testing and metallurgical analysis.
• Ensure proper heat treatment and process optimization.
• Investigate material failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to improve product performance.
• Maintain metallurgical reports and quality documentation.

Required Skills

• DME / BE in Metallurgy.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Forging Industry.
• Strong knowledge of metallurgy, heat treatment, and material testing.
• Familiarity with metallurgical testing equipment and quality standards.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work closely with production and quality teams.
