Role Summary

We are looking for a Service Executive to handle installation support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar systems at client sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the solar industry and be capable of providing efficient field service and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and service solar systems at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and technical issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for service support.
• Prepare service reports and maintain records.
• Ensure timely completion of service calls.
• Follow safety and quality standards during field operations.

Required Skills

• DME / BE in Electrical Engineering.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in the Solar Industry.
• Strong knowledge of solar system installation and maintenance.
• Good troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Own vehicle is mandatory.
