Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing and business development activities for Solar Rooftop Systems in the Industrial, Commercial, and Residential sectors. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the solar or manufacturing industry, strong team management skills, and sound knowledge of solar system sizing and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for solar rooftop projects.
• Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve business targets.
• Generate new business opportunities in Industrial, Commercial, and Residential sectors.
• Meet clients and provide suitable solar solutions.
• Prepare reports, quotations, and business presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills

• 1 to 2 years of experience in the Solar or Manufacturing Industry.
• Knowledge of Solar Rooftop Systems and system sizing.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and marketing skills.
• Good understanding of market trends and business development.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Email, and basic computer applications.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and client handling skills.
