Role Summary

We are looking for skilled Welder Operators to perform MIG and Laser Welding operations in a machine parts manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on welding experience and the ability to handle welding-related production activities independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG Welding and Laser Welding operations.
• Read and understand welding drawings and work instructions.
• Prepare materials and welding equipment before operations.
• Ensure welding quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Inspect welded components for defects and quality compliance.
• Handle day-to-day welding and fabrication activities.
• Maintain welding equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Coordinate with production teams to achieve production targets.

Required Skills

• MIG Welding Experience.
• Laser Welding Knowledge and Operation.
• Ability to Handle Complete Welding Operations.
• Knowledge of Welding Safety Standards.
• Understanding of Welding Drawings and Specifications.
• Good Attention to Quality and Accuracy.
• Experience in Manufacturing or Engineering Industry preferred.
