Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator / Programmer Setter to handle CNC machine programming, machine setup, and production operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CNC programming, machine setting, and machining processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CNC machine programming as per production requirements.
• Set up CNC machines and prepare them for production runs.
• Operate CNC machines efficiently and ensure quality output.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and job specifications.
• Select tools, fixtures, and machine parameters as required.
• Monitor machining operations and maintain dimensional accuracy.
• Troubleshoot machine and programming issues.
• Maintain production records and machine operation reports.
• Follow safety and quality standards during machining operations.

Required Skills

• CNC Programming Knowledge.
• CNC Machine Operating Experience.
• CNC Machine Setting and Tool Setup Skills.
• Ability to Read Engineering Drawings.
• Knowledge of Measuring Instruments and Inspection Processes.
