Role Summary

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage client communication, lead generation, and business development activities through Upwork and other online platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and experience in handling international clients for web development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to client inquiries on Upwork.
• Communicate with international clients regarding web development projects.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the development team.
• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and project-related communications.
• Follow up with prospects and ensure timely responses.
• Maintain CRM records and client communication reports.

Required Skills

• Experience with Upwork Platform (Preferred).
• Fluent English Communication (Written & Verbal).
• Strong Client Handling and Relationship Management Skills.
• Good Email Drafting and Proposal Writing Skills.
• Basic Understanding of Web Development Services.
• Good Computer Knowledge and MS Office Skills.
• Strong Follow-up and Negotiation Abilities.

Special Note

• Experience in Upwork-based client handling or business development will be preferred.
• Excellent English communication is mandatory.
• Candidates with IT, Web Development, or Digital Services industry experience will have an advantage.
