Role Summary

We are looking for an Installation Incharge to manage solar system installation, electrical wiring, site execution, and project coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in solar installation projects and strong knowledge of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install solar panels, mounting structures, and related equipment.
• Perform DC and AC wiring as per approved drawings.
• Assist in inverter installation, testing, and system commissioning.
• Conduct site surveys and identify installation requirements.
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and safety gear.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues.
• Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and customers.
• Maintain installation records and daily work reports.
• Follow company safety standards and installation procedures.

Required Skills

• Diploma / BE Electrical Qualification.
• Knowledge of Solar Power Systems and Installation Processes.
• DC & AC Wiring Knowledge.
• Inverter Installation and Commissioning Experience.
• Site Survey and Project Execution Skills.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and layouts.
• Good problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoor project sites.
