Role Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle customer calls, follow-ups, and inquiry management for a machine showroom company. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and handle inquiries.
• Follow up on leads and update customer status.
• Explain product details to customers over phone.
• Maintain call records and customer database.
• Coordinate with sales team for lead conversion.
• Handle basic back office and data entry work.
• Support daily office communication activities.

Required Skills
