Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to manage IndiaMART inquiries, customer communication, lead generation, and business development activities from the office. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling IndiaMART, converting inquiries into business opportunities, and coordinating with customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to IndiaMART inquiries efficiently.
• Generate and qualify business leads from online platforms.
• Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with clients regarding quotations, product details, and requirements.
• Maintain inquiry records, CRM data, and marketing reports.
• Develop strategies to increase inquiry conversion and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with sales and production teams for smooth order execution.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support business growth through effective lead management and customer handling.

Required Skills

• Hands-on Experience with IndiaMART Platform (Mandatory).
• Strong Lead Generation and Inquiry Handling Skills.
• Good Communication and Customer Coordination Abilities.
• Knowledge of MS Office and Reporting.
• Business Development and Sales Support Experience.
• Experience in Manufacturing or Engineering Industry preferred.
