Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Head to lead marketing operations, business development initiatives, and lead generation activities for a growing machine manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, extensive marketing experience in the manufacturing sector, and hands-on expertise in IndiaMART management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the marketing and business development team.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate quality inquiries and business opportunities.
• Handle and optimize IndiaMART accounts for maximum lead generation.
• Monitor inquiry management, customer follow-ups, and conversion activities.
• Identify new market opportunities and business expansion plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industrial clients.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare marketing reports, performance reviews, and growth strategies.
• Coordinate with sales, production, and management teams to achieve business targets.
