Role Summary

We are looking for a Dimensional Quality Inspector to ensure product quality and dimensional accuracy as per customer specifications and engineering standards. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of technical drawings, dimensional inspection, and quality control practices in a manufacturing or casting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional inspection of components and finished products.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Verify dimensions and tolerances as per quality standards.
• Conduct in-process and final quality inspections.
• Maintain inspection reports and quality records.
• Identify non-conforming products and report quality issues.
• Coordinate with production teams for corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and customer requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Technical Drawings and Blueprints.
• Knowledge of Dimensional Tolerances and Inspection Methods.
• Understanding of Quality Control Standards and Manufacturing Processes.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments and inspection tools.
• Good analytical and observation skills.
• Ability to maintain inspection records and reports.
• Freshers with ITI or Diploma Mechanical qualifications can apply.
