Role Summary

We are looking for a responsible Melting Supervisor to oversee melting operations and ensure smooth furnace activities in the foundry department. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of melting processes, furnace operations, and material handling in a casting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise daily melting operations.
• Operate and oversee furnaces, crucibles, and melting equipment.
• Ensure proper melting of raw materials as per production requirements.
• Monitor temperature and process parameters during melting operations.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to maintain process standards.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed in the melting department.
• Maintain production records and melting reports.
• Assist in troubleshooting basic furnace and process-related issues.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Foundry and Melting Operations.
• Understanding of Furnaces, Crucibles, and Melting Equipment.
• Knowledge of material handling and production processes.
• Ability to maintain production and process records.
• Strong observation and monitoring skills.
• Freshers with ITI or Diploma Mechanical qualifications can apply.
