Role Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telesales Executive to handle customer inquiries, generate sales opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships through telecalling. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, along with basic computer knowledge. Candidates with Tiles or Ceramic industry experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Generate inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and requirements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide product information.
• Maintain call records, customer databases, and follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer support.
• Achieve sales and customer engagement targets.

Required Skills

• Good Communication Skills in Hindi and English.
• Experience in Telecalling or Telesales.
• Basic Computer Knowledge.
• Strong customer handling and follow-up skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally.
• Tiles or Ceramic Industry Experience Preferred.
