Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer to ensure product quality, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with manufacturing standards. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of inspection tools, product testing methods, and heat treatment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspection of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Conduct dimensional checks using Micrometer and other measuring instruments.
• Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Maintain quality inspection records and reports.
• Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with production teams.
• Verify product testing results and quality standards.
• Assist in implementing quality control procedures and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with customer and company quality requirements.

Required Skills

• Diploma / BE Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of Micrometer and precision measuring instruments.
• Understanding of product testing and inspection processes.
• Basic knowledge of Heat Treatment Processes.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Experience in manufacturing quality control preferred.
